Formulating innovative products to reduce system energy waste

Since the beginning, Errecom’s purpose is to prevent and solve problems in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems. Our products are formulated to restore the efficiency of AC/R systems, which means a better performance while reducing energy consumption and, therefore, a lower environmental impact.
For example, products such as Extreme Ultra, FixQuick, and External are designed to permanently detect and seal refrigerant gas leaks in AC/R systems. The purpose is to prevent refrigerant gases from being dispersed into the atmosphere. They are harmful to the environment and they would contribute to the greenhouse effect. Another example could be Cool-Shot Ultra, realised to restore the initial performance of the system by specifically eliminating oil fouling. It is a deposit of lubricant in components of the system, which can cause a reduction of heat exchange and increase the energy consumption of the system itself. Therefore, Errecom products are born to guarantee environmental sustainability: by solving or preventing problems occurring in the AC/R systems they guarantee an increase in performance and a reduction in consumption.

A new packaging design

Errecom is aware of the environmental emergency that we are facing globally. There is no time left, we must act, and we must do it now if we want the next generations to have a future worthy of their expectations. We are all responsible for our planet: companies and individuals, governments, and associations. Anyone, with a single gesture, can make a difference.
Precisely for this reason, Errecom decided to reduce the use of plastic packaging. How? The products previously supplied in blisters are now packaged in recycled cardboard and the packaging of all new products has been designed to be completely eco-friendly. Plastic packaging that we are still using is made from 98% recycled materials.

Use of more eco-friendly raw materials

Errecom’s R&D Department is, without any doubt, one of the key factors of our company’s success. The presence of an internal chemical laboratory allows us to be always one step ahead, in terms of innovation and experience. Most recent products have been created using more biodegradable raw materials that have a low environmental impact.
An undeniable example of our philosophy is EcoJab and EcoRestore, an evaporator and a condenser cleaner with a higher percentage of biodegradability than the one required by current European legislation. EcoJab and EcoRestore are eco-friendly products, do not contain acids, phosphates, solvents, and soda. The formulation of these eco-sustainable products is an obvious and natural consequence for a company like Errecom, which has always paid attention to understand market needs and new trends.
Moreover, Errecom has recently established that all products must be studied and developed to minimize their risk for the environment, people, and animals.

In conclusion: the success of Errecom is closely linked to the quality of its formulas. And by saying “formulas” we mean all of them: from the ones created in our laboratory by our chemists to the strategic corporate ones. They work together regularly to determine Errecom’s mission: creating innovative products, both in terms of performance and environmental protection.
