We would like to inform you that D.lgs. n. 196 of June 30, 2003 (“Personal Data Protection Code”) is about the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.

According to the indicated law, this treatment will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of D.lgs n.196 / 2003, we hereby inform you that:

– Art. 7 of D.lgs. n. 196/2003 – Right of access to personal data and other rights:

a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied when processing data through electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible and the one in charge for this job (Article 5, paragraph 2);
e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be disclosed or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the State or as persons in charge. 


3. The subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification. This means that integration of data is possible whenever he/she wants it;
b) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of processed data in violation of the law, including those that are not necessary for storage in relation to the purposes of data collection or subsequent procession;
c) the attestation that the transactions referred to points (a) and (b) – including their content – have been made known to all the people whose data have been communicated or disseminated. This does not include the case of such fulfillment has been impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate operation if compared to the protected right.


4. The subject has the right to totally or parialtly oppose:
a) for legitimate reasons for personal data processing relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning the subject for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales for the purpose of market research or commercial communication.
