Millennials: this is the term that defines those who were born between 1981 and 1995 and belong to Generation Y. In Italy, there are approximately 11.2 million of them and at Errecom they comprise around 65% of the company. They are the generation of transition, the one that witnessed the birth of the Internet and the gradual spread of social networks in our daily lives. Defined as true citizens of the world, millennials are more open-minded than older generations. This feature leads them to be curious about everything: cultures, languages, places, processes.<\/p>\n

They are adventurous people who grew up seeing the web breaking down cultural barriers and who turned sharing into a new and powerful way of telling stories.<\/p>\n

Innovation and ethics are the factors that strongly motivate them, and this is quite evident in Errecom, which stands out among competitors for its environmental commitment, its huge investments in the R&D Department and its ability to blend vision and creativity to develop unique products for the market.<\/p>\n

Errecom is not only about millennials, though. In fact, 7% of the team is made up of Generation Z, i.e. people born between 1996 and 2012.<\/p>\n

No plastic and zero waste: the centennials (this is how the members of this generation are called) are ecological natives, as well as digital natives. They are raised aware of the fact that global warming and climate change are real problems to which everyone, from individuals to businesses, must seek a solution. Thus, not only do they carry strong values, but also appear to be very pragmatic, representing a true asset for the future of the company.<\/p>\n

And what about the remaining 28% of the team? They belong to generation X! For the most part they are represented by senior employees, who have seen the company changing, growing, and evolving. The members of this generation play a fundamental role in Errecom: having grown up in a historical period of transition, they act as a bridge between two worlds. Thanks to the experience that they have gained over the years, they keep a conscious eye on the future, directing creativity and strategies in a continuous flow of improvement.<\/p>\n

People: the DNA of a company that inevitably defines its profile, history, and future. With an average age of 35 years and the aim of continuing to invest in young talent, Errecom\u2019s future inevitably looks dynamic and constantly evolving.
