sector<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(within the\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">european<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0community)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0must have according to European regulations nr. 178 of 2002 and nr. 852 of 2004. The cleanliness of equipment is essential for customer safety, but also for the quality of the food and drinks served to consumers.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">For example, coffee\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">machines<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">maintenance<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">essential. As\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/capsulehouse.coffee\/en\/faq\/how-to-clean-a-capsule-coffee-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Capsule House<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0reminds, the cleaning of the machine is necessary<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0in order to obtain a good coffee<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. In fact, it is necessary to use specific products that are odourless, tasteless and harmless to health: moreover, they should be used constantly so that they slow down the formation of new incrustations.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Another important machine in the Horeca sector is the ice machine. Many believe that it is simply water in solid form, but as reported by<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/food\/buy-store-serve-safe-food\/fda-regulates-safety-packaged-ice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">FDA<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0(USA Food &amp; Drug Administration)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8211; it deserves more attention.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Actually<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ice<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0is a food<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: so,<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">it must be produced and handled<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">properly<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">let\u2019s take<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0the ice<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in cocktails or that comes into contact with food. It is essential that it is produced\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0machines that have undergone careful filter maintenance and thorough cleaning.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Finally, an essential part of the Horeca sector&#8217;s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">is the so-called &#8220;cold chain&#8221;<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">:<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.coldchainfederation.org.uk\/what-is-the-cold-chain\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Cold Chain Federation<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0defines it as<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">the set of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">instruments\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">used to produce and store perishable food at a specific temperature, so that it is not contaminated\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">by<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">biological agents that compromise its quality and its hygienic and nutritional properties.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our experience has led to the formulation of specific products for the Horeca sector: Moka, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">SnowPlow<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and Greed<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">all suitable for the HACCP plan required for the sector&#8217;s activities<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">are made with<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8220;Food Grade&#8221; raw materials and therefore\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">they are\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">not dangerous if they come into contact with food. Furthermore, all products are available in\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">bottle<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">1 litre<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and in\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">tanks<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0of<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">5 and 10 litres\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">capacity<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\"><a href=\"\/en\/moka\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MOKA<\/a> is a chemical product specifically formulated for the maintenance and cleaning of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">coffee<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0machines<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and electric kettles<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
