Refrigerants\u2019 leaks, clogged filters, corrosion, loss of oil lubricating power, pipework obstruction, valve or compressor problems, or many other faults can lead to a malfunctioning AC\/R system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Even just one of these<\/span><\/span>\u00a0problems<\/span><\/span>\u00a0can compromise a system and require very expensive interventions if not solved immediately. Therefore<\/span><\/span>,<\/span><\/span>\u00a0it is very important to constantly monitor the health of the system with an appropriate maintenance program.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Among the first things to check when an AC\/R system is not working there are refrigerants\u2019 leaks: they\u00a0<\/span>do<\/span>\u00a0not<\/span>\u00a0only\u00a0<\/span>damage<\/span>\u00a0the environment but\u00a0<\/span>are<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>ver<\/span>y<\/span>\u00a0expensive<\/span>\u00a0for the owner. Indeed, they compromise the system and affect its longevity and\u00a0<\/span>its\u00a0<\/span>performance.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In addition, <\/span>since 201<\/span>5<\/span>\u00a0with the F-Gas regulation<\/span>\u00a0(1)<\/span>,\u00a0<\/span>the European Union has imposed<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>the\u00a0<\/span>EU reg<\/span>u<\/span>lation<\/span>\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>adoption\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>the elaboration of<\/span>\u00a0laws about refrigerant leaks repairs<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>on\u00a0<\/span>its\u00a0<\/span>member states.<\/span> Italian\u2019s implementation took place in 2018 (nr. 146\/2018) and in 2019 (nr. 163\/2019). The last one describes the penalties for those who don\u2019t respect such laws.<\/span><\/p>

In some cases,\u00a0<\/span>repairing\u00a0<\/span>refrigerant leaks\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>an urgency<\/span>\u00a0that cannot be post<\/span>poned. For example, AC\/R systems in the HO.RE.CA sector (hotel, restaurant & caf\u00e9 sector), refrigerators in the large-scale retail trade, cold rooms for the storage of food and medicines<\/span>, air conditioning systems in structures that never stop (such as hospitals), demand rapid and decisive interventions that do not require<\/span>\u00a0a long<\/span>\u00a0shutdown of the system.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

External and\u00a0FixQuick\u00a0are the\u00a0<\/span>leak stops<\/span>\u00a0to repair refrigerant leaks from the outside\u00a0<\/span>without the necessity of shutting the system down.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

External is\u00a0<\/span>a\u00a0<\/span>bicomponent paste<\/span>\u00a0that via its application\u00a0<\/span>on<\/span>\u00a0the metal and rubber components of\u00a0<\/span>AC\/R<\/span>\u00a0system<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>repair<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0leaks up to 5 mm. External has a strong resistance to lubricants, additives and refrigerants and\u00a0<\/span>withstands up<\/span>\u00a0to temperature changes ensuring a permanent repair.\u00a0Errecom\u00a0has also developed External P version, designed for plastic components of\u00a0<\/span>AC\/R<\/span>\u00a0systems and hydraulic applications.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

When repairs are extremely urgent and it is not possible to wait for 24 hours\u00a0<\/span>as\u00a0<\/span>required by External (as in the case of air conditioning systems in hospitals, refrigerators in supermarkets and\u00a0<\/span>in the large-scale retail trade<\/span>, etc.) a product that acts even faster\u00a0<\/span>and<\/span>\u00a0ensur<\/span>es<\/span>\u00a0permanent repair is\u00a0<\/span>necessary<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span>FixQuick\u00a0is\u00a0Errecom’s\u00a0answer. The new ultra-fast leak stop has been specifically designed to repair leaks up to 1 mm in diameter in 20 minutes on flat and curved metal and plastic, withstanding up to 20 Bar (20 minutes to guarantee a seal up to 50 Bar). In addition, its fluorescent formulation makes it easy to locate the repair with the use of an UV lamp, and to protect the technician from any dispute caused by future leaks of the system in different areas than the repaired one.<\/span><\/p>

When you want to repair refrigerant leaks from inside the system, Extreme Ultra and Extreme Ultra White (specific for refrigerators with hermetic compressor) are the additive\u00a0<\/span>leak stops<\/span>\u00a0that permanently repair micro leaks in AC\/R systems.
